You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. You are responsible for ensuring any data, content, credentials, and materials provided to us are accurate and lawful to use.
5. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use our website or engage our services. Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the notice terms in the applicable SOW or contract. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, DENY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.

Palisade Technology LLC and you irrevocably consent that the designated courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or related services.
